1 cups oats
1/2 cups semolina
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt to taste
1 cups water
1 nos toppings:chopped onion
1 nos chopped tomato de seeded
2 nos chopped green chilies
Directions
Grind the oats and make a powder.
In a bowl mix oats powder,semolina,salt,baking powder and water.To make a smooth batter.
Heat non stick pan and oil it a little and spread the batter of uttapam and put the topping in it.
Flip it.
Serve with ketchup.
